We try our best to process orders as quick as possible, as we know you are eager to receive it. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of payment
We make use of various carefully selected couriers to transport our goods all over the country and to deliver safely to your door from only R90.
Delivery to your door in the Johannesburg and Pretoria area for orders over R500 is FREE. This excludes these Vereeniging/Meyerton/Springs/Soweto/Thembisa/Alexandra/Daveyton/Randfontein/Lenasia /Katlehong/Vosloorus/Mamelodi/Soshanguve and any places that are considered HIGH RISK will be canceled or alternative arrangements will be made.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is offered on all orders with total value over R2000.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@littletokyo.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
