Shipping policy
Please note processing times are separate from the shipping times that could be seen at checkout.
We make USE OF VARIOUS COURIERS to transport our goods ALL OVER THE COUNTRY to you at a rate of R90.
Delivery to your door Johannesburg and Pretoria areas ONLY (FREE DELIVERY) This Excludes: Vereeniging/Meyerton/Springs/Soweto/Thembisa/Alexandra/Daveyton/Randfontein and any places that are considered HIGH RISK will be canceled or alternative arrangements will be made.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In some cases there will be potential delays due to a high volume of orders that are outside of our control but we will notify you via email or a phone call.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer R90 as a flat rate shipping to all places in South Africa provided that information provide is accurate and correct.
Free shipping is offered on orders with total value over R1000. THIS OPTION WILL ONLY BECOME AVAILABLE DURING CHECKOUT IF THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE IS OVER R1000
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within an approximate of 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@littletokyo.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
